Athina Ioannou - Veterinary Surgeon

Athina graduated from the University of Thessaly (Greece) in 2009. After having worked for many years in small and large animal clinics in Greece she moved to England and joined our practice in July 2015. She is very good at keeping the team motivated with a steady stream of sweet treats. Nothing encourages enthusiasm in the workplace quite like a piece of cake.

Athina really enjoys the outdoors and tries to discover the english countyside and the beautiful parks of Sheffield. She has a cat, Melitta who was brought in to us as a pregnant stray. The kittens have all been rehomed but Melitta won't be going anywhere!
